Each collection is inspired by faith, movement, and the beauty of worship through dance.

How long will it take for my order to ship?
All items are currently available through pre-order. Please allow up to 6–8 weeks for production and shipping — your order is being made just for you, and we promise it will be worth the wait!

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we currently ship within the U.S. only.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $100. For all other orders, we offer a flat rate of $8 shipping.

What is your return/exchange policy?
Because all of our pieces are created through pre-order, we’re unable to offer returns/refunds at this time. However, we do accept exchanges for unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

How do I start a return or exchange?
Simply email us at contact@eternalballerina.com with your order number and reason for exchange, and we’ll be happy to guide you through the process.

What if my item arrives damaged?
We want every piece to arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.

Each product includes a detailed size chart to help you find your perfect fit. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to guide you!

How do I care for my Eternal Ballerina apparel?
To keep your pieces looking their best, we recommend washing on a gentle cycle with cold water and laying flat to dry or dry on low heat. Avoid harsh chemicals or high heat to preserve the fabric and design.
